Yǎo-Fēng (咬蜂, in the Pinyin transliteration of Mandarin Chinese, Yaofon in the Japanese romanization) is the current captain of the Second Division following the events with Kurama Shihōin. Commander-in-Chief of the Onmitsukidō, Yaofon is a war veteran earning the moniker Dragon's Fang (竜牙, Ryūkiba) during the Second Great Soul Society War.

- Supernatual Speed: As not only a member of the Fēng family but also the Commander-in-Chief of the Onmitsukidō, nearly all forms of Yǎo-Fēng's combat revolve around his speed. The capoeira, his main fighting style, revolves solely around the speed of the user. Movement that mimics that of the wind that flows naturally. This means that no matter what the opponent(s) may try to throw at him, he will continue to move. Let it be in literal body movement or brain flow.
