Witches (魔女 (ウィッチ), Witchi; Japanese for "Witch") and Wizards (魔法使い (ウィザード), Wizādo; Japanese for "Wizard") are agents of Wing Bind who have passed a special exam that permits them to interact with Dragons.[1] They primarily use Magic as their form of combat, which they cast with their Magic Power (魔力, Maryoku).[2]
