The White Tower is a Café owned and managed by Gengetsu, bought and renovated with the Collective Vices money. Its second floor serves as the home of Gengetsu and Aurora Black, while the basement serves as a base of operations for Akabira Cities Reikon Kyuuban who are loyal to Gengetsu.
