Yo. The name is Seireitou (純粋な魂, Seireitō), though I prefer Sei... so just call me Sei. And if you call me Sei-sama or some japanese honorific like that, I'll know you're just kissing up to me, and it's not a first impression you'd want to make with me. I'm one of the Administrators here on the Bleach Fan-Fiction Wiki, as well as its Head Admin, which sorta makes me the site's leader in a way. In the entirety of Wikia, I've been a user for the better part of five years, starting at the Naruto Fanon Wiki. In addition, I'm the Head Admin of Inuyasha Fan Fiction Wikia, and a regular "tourist" of Bleach Wikia... when they're not assholes, which believe me, is extremely rare. To wrap things up, I've started a new blog series, called Sei-san's Classroom, so... be sure to check that out.
I hope you'll enjoy your stay at this Wiki, and feel free to ask for help from me or even strike up small talk.

Pieces of Advice

"It is not the written work that tries desperately to prove its own worth that becomes respected by other authors, but rather the written work that garners respect from other authors that proves its worth. In order to garner that respect, you must first breathe life into your work and put your soul into what you write. Do not write for the sake of others, do not allow the actions of others to dictate how you choose to express yourself, but write for your own sake; so you can be proud of what escapes the boundaries of your thoughts and manifests into actual words. Only then will you attain the respect you so greatly covet."
—My advice for all authors, both veteran and first-timers alike.
"To consider oneself different from ordinary men is wrong, but it is right to hope that one will not remain like ordinary men."
Yoshida Shōin
"In relations with others, one should express resentment and anger openly and straightforwardly. If one cannot express them openly and straightforwardly, the only thing to do is forget about them. To harbor grievances in one's heart, awaiting some later opportunity to give vent to them, is to act like a weak and petty man; in truth, it can only be called cowardice. The mind of the superior man is like Heaven. When it is resentful or angry, it thunders forth its indignation. But once having loosed its feelings, it is like a sunny day with a clear sky. Within the heart, there remains not the trace of a cloud. Such is the beauty of true manliness."
Yoshida Shōin
"What is important in a leader is a resolute will and determination. A man may be versatile and learned, but if he lacks resoluteness and determination, of what use will he be?"
Yoshida Shōin
"When an opponent comes forward, move in and greet him; if he wants to pull back, send him on his way."
Morihei Ueshiba
"Progress comes to those who train and train; reliance on secret techniques will get you nowhere."
Morihei Ueshiba
"Study how water flows in a valley stream, smoothly and freely between the rocks. Also learn from holy books and wise people. Everything - even mountains, rivers, plants and trees - should be your teacher."
Morihei Ueshiba
"The purpose of training is to tighten up the slack, toughen the body, and polish the spirit."
Morihei Ueshiba
"If your heart is large enough to envelop your adversaries, you can see right through them and avoid their attacks. And once you envelop them, you will be able to guide them along the path indicated to you by heaven and earth."
Morihei Ueshiba
"Opponents confront us continually, but actually there is no opponent there. Enter deeply into an attack and neutralize it as you draw that misdirected force into your own sphere."
Morihei Ueshiba
"A sword is a weapon. The art of swordsmanship is learning how to kill. That is the truth. What Miss Kaoru says is sweet and innocent talk that only those whose hands have never been stained with the blood of men can believe. But to tell you the truth, I much prefer Miss Kaoru's sweet and innocent talk over the truth, indeed I do! I only hope that someday, her words will become the truth that all of us will live by."
Kenshin Himura
"Growth occurs when one goes beyond one's limits. Realizing that is also part of training."
Itachi Uchiha
"Being skilled isn't all that it's made out to be. When you're strong, you become arrogant and withdrawn. Even if what you sought after was your dream."
Itachi Uchiha
"As a martial arts student, you may come to stand on the edge of your own humanity, look down to the light side, and the dark side. And there you will find yourself. You might love or hate what you see. That’s a terrible beauty of training."
—Unknown
"A good martial artist does not become tense, but ready. Not thinking, yet not dreaming. Ready for whatever may come. When the opponent expands, I contract; and when he contracts, I expand. And when there is an opportunity, "I" do not hit, "it" hits all by itself."
Bruce Lee
