The Tokugawa Clan (徳川氏一族, Tokugawa Ichizoku) one of the three families of the Hitorigami race, stated to be the balancers of the race. Founded by Toneri Tokugawa, the middle son of the Father. Due to Toneri's involvement in stopping his brothers battle, his father tasked him and all of his descendants with protecting the Hitorigami and Takamagahara if another incident like this were to occur. The Tokugawa are the strongest of the three clans, even feared by Father himself.
