The Thunder God Tribe (雷神衆 Raijinshū) is a group of Shinigami from outside divisions and Rukongai who have pledged loyalty to Ishihara Yamakage , and as such is their leader.
History[]
The Thunder God Tribe was at first only composed of four members: Ishihara, Yagami Hagoromo, Chōjirō Namikaze, and Yoshitsune Kageyoshi. As time passed and Ishihara defeated many opponents, many developed a change of heart and decided they wanted to join him. These men became known as a tribe who had to pledge their loyalty to Ishihara through an initiation. As time went on, and Ishihara rejoined the Gotei 13 many Shinigami of other divisions began to look up to him, but at the same time wished they would be able to remain in their division. It was then Ishihara came up with the idea of letting them into the Thunder God Tribe.
