The Three Worlds refer to the main realms that create the boundaries between life and death.[1] They include:

When the ancestors of the Five Great Noble Families decided to seal the man who would later be known as the Soul King to end the era of endless chaos, they used his power to divide the extant world into three realms. This was to regulate the Cycle of Souls and establish a clear separation between life and death.[2]
