The Oracle (オラクル, Orakuru) is a powerful entity that serves as a prophet for Red Sun, an apocalyptic cult organization.
Personality[]
Out of the cult leaders, the Oracle seems to exhibit more of a god-like aura and demeanor around herself the most. She is sentient, possessing a supernatural level of intelligence, wisdom, and foresight. She interacts with others in a philisophical and highly sophisticated manner, her sociality on a charismatic and influential level. In contrast with the Punisher, she is pacifistic and will not carry out violent actions of Red Sun directly, nor does she take pleasure in what they are required to do. She has a strong desire to protect the existence of the spiritual and physical worlds and has a somewhat humanitarian outlook on life itself. Despite her own incredible power and foresight, she holds herself humbly and does not hold any arrogance towards anyone.
There are two sides to the Oracle; Konmei, the side of chaos (who speaks in a moderately loud and boisterous manner) and Kiritsu, the side of order (who speaks in a soft and calm manner). While Kiritsu is calmer and more peaceful, Konmei has a rather sharp tongue and is not hesitant to use it against others. Both hold opposite views conflicting to one another, but both share the same wisdom and intelligence. They care about their bretheren, serving as the mother figure for the Melody.
History[]
The existence of the Oracle spans back to the beginning of early Japan by Izanami-no-Mikoto and Izanagi-no-Mikoto. After giving birth to the incarnation of fire Kagu-Tsuchi, Izanami died and was sent to the realm of the dead. Izanagi was so enraged and grieved by her demise that he killed Kagu-Tsuchi. Although Izanami was in the world of the dead, she could feel the newborn's death as if it were her own. At that given moment, she felt grief, rage, and betrayal at Izanagi for taking the innocent life. Her feelings caused her to become disillusioned with the fate of humanity and consume the fruit of the underworld. Upon consumption, it is said that her flesh was ripped from her body and formed into separate entities.

Immense Shinsei: It is unknown how much energy the Oracle possesses, as she does not actively participate in combat. However, considering her status as a Hankami, it is obvious that she boasts a tremendous amount exceeding that of any living Shinigami.
Genius Intellect: The Oracle is understood as a wise and intelligent being, serving as the "leader" for the Children. She is well-versed in the history and philosophy of the world, and is even referred to as "the universe's dictionary" by at least one of her siblings. She has an immense and godly level of foresight, capable of seeing centuries into the future.
