Another Great Character[]
Hmm, I have to say, all of your characters are very well thought out, each of them very unique in both their personality, and abilities, especially the latter. Honestly its impressive that each character is so individualized compared to one another.
Flamen in particular has some unique characteristics that I enjoy, though from his abilities he appears to be stronger than Rutilius, evident by the fact that he has plenty of techniques that gather the souls of those who fall before him in battle. I like him, he'll make a great addition to Dorothy's army.
On another note, you dont really need the "self-powered flight". As spiritual beings they can technically phase through anything in the physical world, and gather reishi beneath their feet to "fly". Or at least thats the assumption I'm making regarding spiritual creatures. Other than that, I'm assuming he's still incomplete, and there are some grammer/spelling errors I noticed throughout the article as well. Yes, bravo, excellent article. I doubt he is a witch, he reminds me more of a male yuki-onna. I also agree, he seems somewhat stronger than Rutilus. He's probably also A class. Or perhaps Rutilus is B class...
