Shinnosuke Tennōji (天王寺新之介, New Predecessor of the Heaven King Temple) is an Echt Quincy currently residing within Hueco Mundo. He is a former member of the Wandereich with the designation "α" - "The Alpha", one of Yhwach's Schutzstaffel (親衛隊 (シュッツシュタッフェル), Shuttsushutafferu; German for "Protective Echelon", Japanese for "Elite/Imperial Guards"). He is the brother of Ryūnosuke Tennōji and a member of Amanozako.

Shinnosuke's Quincy: Vollständig, Hakadosh.
Hakadosh (神の三位一体, Hakadoshu; Japanese for Trinity of God): Shinnosuke activates his Quincy: Vollständig by releasing a burst of reiatsu that spreads into his surroundings, forming a Quincy Zeichen across the area directly underneath him. In this form, Shinnosuke's appearance changes slightly, as his face takes on a emaciated, skull-like appearance covered by a boney mask with single red eye in the center, his hair turns from brown to blond, and Weihen Lebenszeichen gains a purple aura.
