Shinigami Academy

The Demon Keepers of the Seijin Order is much smaller than most Academys. It has about a maximum of 17 members. This is because Shinigami's cannot "join" The Demon Keepers of the Seijin Order, rather they are found at a young age and trained in the order, with the only exceptions being the group of "Sergeant's" which were chosen by AizenG and Michael Kuchiki to lead the order upon it's founding. Young trainees do not go to the Demon Keepers Academy, but rather are trained by the Division Captains of the Order themselves.
