Shimura (志村, Shimura) is a member of the Royal Guard. He goes by the title Jailer of Worlds (世看守, Seiganshu).
Appearance[]
Shimura bears the appearance of a rather youthful man despite his advanced age. He is noted to have a serious disposition on him at almost all times, with fellow residents of the Soul King Palace commenting on his remarkable stoicism in comparison to the other members of the Royal Guard. Shimura's most defining feature is his long white hair. It goes down below his shoulders and is normally left hanging freely from the back. At the front, so that it does not get in his way, Shimura ensures his fringe parts at the center, thereby forming two bangs on either side of his face that fall to his chest. While his fair skin complements his hair color, his dark brown eyes are a significant contrast. Another point to make about Shimura's physical features is that, despite what his attire and height might suggest about his physique, Shimura is surprisingly muscular, although the majority of this muscle is centralized around his core, implying a great degree of physical strength.
Shimura's attire differs from the common Shinigami to a significant degree. His attire, specifically, matches that of the conventional Onmyōji, which is a rightful assumption given Shimura's heritage. Shimura wears the conventional kariginu. His kosode is white and has bell sleeves which possess red threads at the hems on either arm. Over his kosode he wears a two-sided apron-like garment. It is a very dark brown in coloration, becoming progressively reddish near the top of the cloth. It is connected to the garment across his back with interlocked red strings, while being stabilized with a light grey obi at his waist. The pattern on the said article of clothing are three white eyes with red patterns, as well as an elaborate symbol written in red. The significance of the symbol, if it has any, isn't known. At the bottom, Shimura opts to wear a baggy pair of white hakama, white tabi and a pair of waraji. Moreover, because Shimura does not actively use a zanpakutō, he does not carry one on his person.
