Zanpakutō[]

Kaiyō Hebi (海洋蛇, Japanese for Oceanic Snake) takes the appearance of an average katana, with blue and silver hilt-wrapping and and a completely circular guard, with strange designs on the reverse side. Screamer is usually seen carrying his zanpakutō in his hand.

Resurrección Special Ability: Screamer gains augmented physical and spiritual parameters, as well as access to a technique named Azul (警官, Keikan), which sheaths his hands in potent spiritual energy that creates a blast effect with every strike. He could utilize this technique even without using his Resurrección, with lessened strength.

Behind the Scenes[]

The Azul technique is named for a summon that appears in Golden Sun: The Lost Age, which takes the form of a large, ocean-living, serpentine dragon, which also influenced the name of Screamer's zanpakutō.
