Saikyō No Josei (最強の女性, The Strongest Woman) is the title that is only given to the strongest female Shinigami each generation. It is a newly established title bestowed upon those who prove themselves worthy by Captain-Commander Shunsui Kyōraku. To inherit this title, one must defeat the current holder of the title.
