The older sister of Noire Amakuni who sided with the Natsu-affiliated Amakuni Clan due to his misguided belief that the Amakuni are supremely powerful. He becomes a Kūkyo māku at Natsu's request by consuming his Materia Getsuga numerous times.

Zanpakuto

• Hankōgetsu (反抗満月, Rebellious Moon): A constant release moon-type Zanpakuto wielded by Reginald. The shape of its Shikai is that of a modified Zanbattou-like sword.

• Shikai Special Ability: Getsuga Tenshō: Typical of most Moon-type Zanpakuto, Hankōgetsu is capable of producing a Getsuga Tensho, which absorbs its owner's spiritual energy and releases highly condensed spiritual energy at the tip of the blade, magnifying the slash attack and then flies forward. Reginald achieved full access to the technique after becoming a Kūkyo māku, at which time he comes futher attuned to his Zanpakuto.
