Raiho Fukashima (らいほ ふかしま, Fukashima Raiho) is a member of Avenon, usually serving in the capacity of a scout to "sniff out new talent" or on other occasions he tasked with the duty of a messenger. Raiho is a Fullbringer and very skilled with this special power. Among those of Avenon, he is known as one of the most talented kids to join their ranks. He is known as the Dark Specter (やみゆうれい, Yami Yūrei) due to his stealthy ways and all back, masked ensemble that he wears on duty.

In recent events, Raiho is tasked with making contact with Sannoto Nageki, the only son of the rogue shinigami, Kai Nageki; invite him to join them and reach his potential as a shinigami. Raiho encountered the young man on the streets of New York, however, the latter remains skeptical of more than a few things.
