Zetarion, on behalf of you and the other admins, I want to apologize for the spamming of questions in the past. I didn’t mean to be such a trollish dick towards you, I just got overly excited on the respective series you’ve laid the foundation of on all three sites ( Oprp, bff, and ftf). I guess I really got carried away with trying to pry from you information about the future of said storylines: didn’t figure the annoyance set on your being, and for that I’m deeply sorry. So, to you and others that I’ve annoyed with said questions, I say sorry.
I'll take this here so we're not cluttering the FC thread.
Ken likely won't be a Lieutenant -- I'm aiming for one of the Seated officer positions, because I feel that'll allow him more freedom when it comes to availability. I'm actually hoping to port my version of Hisagi and possibly have him as Co-Lieutenant of the 9th. But that isn't decided yet.
That doesn't stop either Takeji or Ken having a rapport though. From what I can gather reading Takeji's article, he likes a good fight. Ken was a former member of the 11th Division so he likes one too. Maybe a relationship similar to the one Ikkaku and Iba demonstrated? Friendly sparring matches and the like?
Another note: Can you maybe slow down on Seijurou's edits there? People are starting to get annoyed that he's always constantly there on the activity feed. It's not your fault that activity here on BFF is otherwise pretty slow, but could you maybe try editing on a word doc or something and just "banking" edits to do multiple things all at once, instead of countless minor edits? (Editing the whole page at one time as opposed to editing section-by-section would also help). Thanks.
I see how that can get annoying, but whenever I try to do that, apparently the page crashes on me and I have to start over. Apparently, when I told this to the wiki a staff, they said it was error format and they were fixing it. So they advised me to do smaller edits in the meantime and they'll let me know if anything improves. Trust me it gets annoying to in order to do that kinda thing all the freaking time, but if I don't want another crash, I have no choice it seems =~=
Well you tried helping Alpha. I even went to the blog to see if I could come up with anything, but I couldn't. As Ash mentioned it wouldn't really work here, especially since I'm making someone who's a grandmaster in swordplay. If you have any tips or tricks you like to give to me, or hell maybe even something you just want me to have on a character leave em here! I'll try implementing as best I can.
Well, try relating what a sword can do. Like Sei using various aspects of Hakuda to perform feats affecting things on a bigger spectrum. That's what I mean by my last reply Sigma. Ash's blog makes use of that and explains it in detail, giving reason why the characters are as powerful.
I know I'm not part of this conversation but, just a quick tip Sigma.
A Grandmaster is someone who doesn't follow "a" craft (Zanjutsu, Hakuda, whatever it may be). They follow their craft. They redefine what exactly their craft is to the point where, in cases like Sei and Hiroya, their very presence may very be synonymous with nature yet ultimately distinct.
Okay, before Idescend down the evolutinary chain with bad puns, I have to ask: How do you make your articles so long? I mean, the amount of detail you put into them is really cool. The scroll bar becomes a midget and you haven't even gotten to the powers yet.
Anyway, I was hoping that you could help me with something. I was working on a concept/technique labeled Reiki or Aura. It's basically the highest form of Reiatsu which was used by ancient souls in order to fight Hollows before the establishment of Kido. It allows the user to manipulate their own reiatsu to the point where it transcends being an energetic pressure and more of a spiritual embodiment of the user's wll. I got the bare basics from your own Aura Magic page and wanted to expand upon a similar concept, you know, so I wouldn't rip you off.
So, the part I'm asking for help is, if there is something that I need to clarify before continuing.
