Kyoshi Seppen (雪片虚子, Quiet Snowflake) is a Shinigami and the Lieutenant of the Seventh Division of the Gotei 13.
Appearance[]
Kyoshi is a tall young man of relatively slender build. His face is oval and characteristed by somewhat sharp features. He has rather short, upright white hair and piercing light blue eyes. He wears eyeglasses with rectangle-shaped lenses.
His standard-issue Shihakushō has no notable customisations. However, he has his Lieutenant's badge strapped on his right arm, unlike most of his peers.
Personality[]
Reserved, taciturn and strict, Kyoshi is not particularly social. He is a very disciplined and composed person who, despite his young age, has not had any problems running his Division in the decade-long absence of a Captain. Moreover, he usually acts in a methodical, firm manner.

Powers and Abilities[]

Expert Swordsman: Seppen is very proficient in the art of Zanjutsu. His skill is at least comparable to other Lieutenants of Gotei 13.
Kidō Expert: Furthermore, he is quite skilled in the usage of Kidō, being able to efficiently use mid-level spells without incantations. Shunpo Expert: Kyoshi is infamous for his peculiar way of moving; despite doing it fast, it usually appears as if he has not taken any action in-between, and habitually emerges in a conspicuously "static" position after using Shunpo[1]. | |

High Intellect: Due to his analytical and imperturbable way of thinking, Kyoshi has a knack for determining the appropriate course of action no matter how dire is the situation. Great Spiritual Power: Seppen has a very high amount of Reiryoku at his disposal, approaching that of an average Captain despite the fact he has yet to achieve Bankai. Its colour is light grey[1]. | |

Tsurara (氷柱, "Icicle"): In its sealed state the Zanpakutō appears as a normal katana with a wedge-shaped tsuba and gunmetal grey hilt.
