Kiyoto Yoshino is a young Shinigami, and the adopted son of Kaytou Sutora. He is the current Lieutenant of Squad 2, and the youngest Shinigami enlisted into the Gotēi 13. He first appears in Chapter 9 of Bleach: Kaiten (回転, Revolutions) And side story, Cynical Secrets.

Kiyoto is a young man, seemingly in his teen years. He wears a Shihakushō (死覇装, Garment of Dead Souls), tailored so that he is granted better movement as a member of the Stealth Force. He has short and somewhat slick hair, between the colors of black and dark blue. His eyes are a dark turquoise.
Kiyoto’s Zanpakutō is kept at his side, tied by a brown cloth to his right hip. It is kept in a dark turquoise scabbard, and it’s hilt is wrapped in black cloth.
