Jinzo Kintsuchi (金武土人造, Kintsuchi Jinzo; lit. meaning "Benevolence of the Gold Earth" ) is the current Marshal of the Ring of Three and the former Captain of the Gotei 13's Twelfth Division. He was also the first head and creator of the Shinigami Research and Development Institute, utilizing it for the purpose for the Soul Society's sake in combatance of new enemies. When he was promoted, he passed on everything to the new captain of the Twelfth Division, Ayano Sakuraso. His former partner was Karin Nakashiro, his personal assistant, who shortly died after his departure. He's a supporting character in the storyline Bleach: Roaring Conflict.

Jinzo Kintsuchi is a middle-aged man that appears in his early 20's, despite his advanced age. He has messy black hair that juts out everywhere. He has light and pale skin and blood-red eyes.
As a captain, he wears a standard Shihakusho and a captain's haori. But his is styled differently. His own has a white undergarment. On his left arm, he an wears armguard made of an unknown material that he uses during battle. He wears a pair of black and figerless gloves. On his right arm, he wears bandages with an unknown vile of liquid attached. It's a goldish-yellow in color. This look doesn't change, even after joining the Royal Guard.

- His mannerisms are slightly based off of Mayuri Kurotsuchi and Gin Ichimaru respectively from canonical line.
