Ikari (怒り, "Wrath"), known by his full name as Taka Fuyutama (鷹冬霊, "Falcon of the Winter Spirit") is a former shinigami - human hybrid that had aligned himself with Seireitō Kawahiru during the Events the followed The Return of Datara. He is a powerful soul reaper despite his heritage, this is shown by him being able to hold his own against his teacher Sengetsu Kawahiru during several training sessions. After he lost his powers during his fight with his former teacher, he trained with Makōtō to acquire Hollow powers in order to restore his Shinigami status as a Vizard. He later returns to the world stage at Age 28, during this time skip he's grown up a lot and has gained new powers showing his progression after the events of The World Court Saga having given up his Vizard powers and become a standard Shinigami. To some he is known as the Shiroyōkai (白妖怪, "White Phantom") because of his white hair and speed.
Taka is mid height and average weight; having spiky white hair and Reddish brown eyes, which he inherited from his mother. While he is able to manifest his Zanpakutō while in human form, it is required that he leaves his body to use his powers at full strength. While in human form, he wears a track jacket and he also wears khaki cargo pants and white sneakers with a red shirt. While in Shinigami form, he wears a black Shihakushō (死覇装, Garment of Dead Souls) with white kimono pants and his Zanpakutou are held on his waist. His current appearance is similar to that of Seireitou Kawahiru, having short white hair and strangely thru the power transition his red eyes have become more prominent. He wears a simple white shihakushō and on his hip he wears his zanpakutou.

Taka is good-natured and cheerful, but he gets serious in dangerous situations. He argues constantly with his friends, and they don't seem to get along at all. However, it is shown that he really does care for them; for example, when he tells Shirokaze that if he can't save Sengetsu, as his friend, Taka would never forgive him. Taka is also very secretive about his past, not willing to talk about it even to his friends. In addition, He can also get very competitive, even going so far as to seal up Shirokaze's spiritual pressure but this proved to be bad as the seal was broken and he was sent flying into a wall. After he found out Sengetsu was with the Akirakyū and they were involved with the capture of Madara "Kamui" Kawahiru his personality turned colder as he felt betrayed and this is only worsened when he takes his teachers life. In recent times Taka has been shown to be quite happy with his life and how its unfolded. While the thought of losing Sengetsu, Shirokaze, and his parents haunt him he doesnt let it control his life as he did as a child, where he started down a darkened path now its said that he is on one full of light. Taka's change came around when he decided to leave Karakura Town after with the help of Urahara and Tenmu, he purged himself of his hollow influence. It was after this event that he choose to move to the states and become the substitute shinigami there as Karakura was well looked after with Tenmu and the other Shinigami assigned to its protection. With his purpose renewed his outlook turned from bleak to hopeful as he was introduced to his future wife, the mod-soul known as Midnight Sun.
Shortly after he was born he was attacked by hollows to which his mother took down and subsequently left him with his father leading to him growing up without her help in understanding why he could see spirits while others couldn't. As a child he was isolated as he didn't make friends well since everyone thought he was strange because he talked to what they said nothing, but in actuality he was talking to the spirits in Karakura town, His first friend was a girl named Yuzu who also could see spirits, she would talk about her older brother alot explaining that he was a Shinigami and about hollows and what not, this friendship led to him having feelings for Yuzu, but she couldn't return them. On his 1st day of high school he was attacked by an Adjuchas and Yuzu was hurt, this sorrow caused him to awaken his shinigami powers and he attacked the hollow, this however wasn't his best choice as the hollow easily defeated him, but he wounded it badly enough that it retreated. When he was about 18 and about to graduate from Karakura High his father was shot down in cold blood by a mugger. This marked a dark day from him and is also the day he met Sengetsu Kawahiru as Sengetsu had arrived to preform the konsou on Taka's father and sensed a large power from the boy. After he sent Taka's father to the soul society he offered to train him to use his shinigami powers and become the new protector of Karakura town.

Pre-Worlds Court Saga[]
Taka's Inner World
Before the start of the The World Court Saga events are abit sketchy for Taka as he was training with Sengetsu Kawahiru. It was during this training he met Makōtō Kawahiru by association with the cousins. Hearing about the abduction of Madara Kawahiru by easedropping on Makōtō and Sen while they were talking, he offered his services when Sengetsu refused to be a part of a potential war. This event also marked the return of Shisui Kawahiru which shocked Sengetsu and Makōtō greatly as he was presumed Deceased and that he had information from his half-brother the soul king.
The World Court Saga[]

Taka first appears as Seireitou is leaving for the Yāolù, where he meets Raian Getsueikirite, Tetsuro Ryuzaki, and Seireitou Kawahiru. During the trip he finds out the plan and offers himself as the defense for their ship as the rest of the members went on the assault against the Yāolù Armada. Once they reach land the team meets Lucius Ichimaru and Dante who they do battle against, but Lucius ends abruptly leaving the rescue party to do as planned and infiltrate the city. He is now stationed as the East of the imperial City and is awaiting Sei's kidō.

After his battle with his teacher Taka was without his shinigami powers to which he could not stand. Tenmu, Taka's battle partner and best friend offers to help him attempt to regain
After it's revealed that Sengetsu has turned traitor, Harusame and Taka team up to battle the powerful Sōzōshin, who was once Taka's teacher. The three engage in battle, and Sengetsu manages to hold them both back, even with Haru's hollow-enhanced shikai abilities and a direct hit from Taka's Hachiman attack. It's only after a while that Taka finally reveals his bankai to his teacher and the world, forcing Sengetsu to use his own bankai. However, this doesn't turn out well, as his zanpakutou possesses him and causes him to go on a berserk rampage.
Enhanced Strength: Even without his Shinigami powers, Taka has shown himself to be deceptively strong, as shown from his ability to punch a hollow that was three times his size into a wall to save a plus. When he is in his Shinigami body, Taka's already impressive strength is greatly enhanced. His overall abilities are great enough that he was able to fend off three Shinigami Seated Officers with a single punch each; one of which shattered one of their Zanpakutō at the same time. His strength is also great enough to stop repeated axe blows from an arrancar.
Immense Durability: While only a teenage Human, Taka has shown himself to be a highly resilient man, as shown from his ability to safely break free from a binding spell (albeit a low-level one) and withstand an assault from a large Hollow. When in his Shinigami form, Taka's physical durability is strengthened to the point he can continue fighting effectively even after receiving many injuries and can survive attacks that would easily kill normal Humans effortlessly. It was stated by Yuki that a Shinigami's life force is their spiritual power. As such, Taka is able to withstand attacks that would be fatal to most Shinigami.
Keen Intellect: Despite his somewhat punkish attitude, Taka has shown himself to be analytical, perceptive, and deductive. In his high school, Taka's grades were at the top of his class despite his growing job as a shinigami. Aside from that, Taka appears to be able to determine the pattern of his opponent's battle methods and correctly deduce a proper counter-strategy to defeat his opponent's attacks, but often times the powers of his shikai or bankai tend to make him cocky.
Grandmaster Swordsman: Taka is a highly proficient combatant. In combat, he doesn't seem the least bit taken back by the abilities of his opponent, even when they seemingly have an advantage. His ability to wield his combat skills was evident even when he was a child. He is rarely seen using his Zanpakutō's special ability, which could allow him to be quite deadly in close quarters and at a distance, because it is capable of destroying multiple targets at once.
Number One: Nadegiri (撫で斬り, "Clean Sweep" or "Killing Several with One Sword Sweep"): This basic technique allows for a precision cut of extreme force and speed, it can casually slice through large, multi-story high opponents protected by steel skin. The opponent can be killed with one swift slash so precise, that they aren't even aware of until after it has taken place.
Number Six: Gyaku Karasu (逆烏, Reverse Raven): The user uses shunpo to quickly get behind their opponent and then quickly doing a reverse spin hitting their opponent with the back edge of edge sword, slicing into them with an accurate and rapid slash.
Number Nine: Hayabusa Tobikomi (隼飛び込み, "Peregrine Falcon Dive"): This advanced technique allows for the user to slice their opponent using super sharp and quick slices of razor sharp wind and energy that can completely rip the target to shreds. It can cut through the Hierro of an arrancar or the reiatsu of even high level shinigami.
Number Nineteen: Nizen Sekai (二・千・世・界, Two Thousand Worlds): The user must first create a second sword out of reishi then use this and their zanpakutou to strike with two large energy waves that slam into their opponent causing massive damage and destruction.
Hand to Hand Combatant: Having been trained by Captain Sengetsu of Squad Nine the son of Shisui of Squad Two, he learned the way of the Onmitsukidō, and how to fight unarmed.
Incredible Spiritual Pressure: Despite only being a hybrid he has a very unusually high spiritual pressure rivaling most vice captain class shinigami of the thirteen court squad guard. It was mentioned by Sengetsu that "Taka has a power that could allow him to become captain of a Gotei 13 Squad one day, his only hold up is his inability to grasp the steps to learn bankai."
Shunpo Expert: Having been trained by Sengetsu he learned how to move at high speeds, almost matching his former teachers prowess. He can utilize some techniques such as Senka and Utsusemi.
Snake Form
Snake Transformation: Due to his experimentation with kidō spells Taka is able to take the form of an animal namely a White Snake. This form is not used for combat but rather re-con as it is inconspicuous. His oddest part of his transformation is that his White Snake form can be triggered by the touch of Sunny, for an unstated reason.
Upgraded Snake Form
After recasting the spell that allows him to transform into his snake form he was able to alter his requirements for transformation as well as his overall snake appearance as he is now able to transform into a massive snake the size of an average sized house at will. His over all power and speed is augmented as his own powers fuse with his snake instincts allowing him to strangle a large man or out run even one as fast as the Queen of Flash herself. His snake form now takes a a viper like appearance as he grows into a large white snake. Its scales are as hard as steel and capable of withstanding several strikes before giving out.
Kaihou (解放, "Liberation"): Since to use his shinigami powers properly requires him to be in soul form, Taka has developed a way to use reiashi to convert his physical body into pure reiashi and then reform it as his shinigami form, this process is instantaneous and is reminiscent of how Senna changed into her shinigami form, except taka's appears as a flash of saffron light.
Kurogitsune (クロギツネ, Black Fox) is the name of Taka's Zanpakutou and takes the form of twin katana which he wears on his hip. Both swords have a black and gold wrapped hilt and a circular crossguard. Her spirit either can manifest as an inu female with white hair and golden brown eyes wearing an outfit similar to that of the shinigami except its white with red priestess pants underneath or a large white wolf.
Shikai: To release Kurogitsune, Taka holds his blades in a similar manner of Shunsui Kyōraku as he calls out "Ashes rise now and become my shield; Flames burn now and become my blade" (灰は上昇し、私の盾になると、炎は燃えて私の刃になる, Hai wa jōshō shi, watashi no tate ni naru to,-en wa moete watashi no ha ni naru) and his twin swords erupt with a fiery aura as they change into a pair of golden bladed Dao Swords with a crimson tassel on the end of the hilt and a star shaped crossguard; once they form the aura vanishes leaving one to wonder whats his shikai's power if not fire.
Shikai Special Ability: Taka's shikai's power comes from the manipulation of cosmic forces and reishi, arranging spirit particles in different arrays for different purposes. his techniques are called Kami (神, Deity) and are named after the kami of Shinto beliefs.
Amaterasu, Offensive Use
Amaterasu basic use
Amaterasu (天照, Illuminating Heaven): This is the first technique revealed and as its name states its the manipulation of spiritual particles to form light which is capable of dispelling illusion type attacks and canceling out Darkness based techs. It can be used offensively by channeling its power into a flame thrower.
Hachiman being released
Hachiman (八幡神, God of War): This is an offensive technique that channels the reishi in the air to his blades and allowing him to fire shock waves of spirit energy at his opponents.
Tsukuyomi (月読 , Moon Reader): This is one his most used techniques for evasion purposes. It allows for him to become shadow-like and have incoming attacks pass through him seamlessly, but there's a catch he can only remain intangible continuously for a span of 5 minutes and then he cant become intangible again for a time period of 10 minutes, This makes it both a great power but also a great burden as if his opponents would discover the weakness of his technique it could be disastrous for him.
Susanoo (while closed)
Susanoo (須佐能乎, God of Sea and Storms): This is a technique that is usable in both Shikai and Bankai forms, but its function and abilities are different in each form. Taka summons forth a large gate created by the reishi in the air and molded into this shape. The gate has strange statues atop of it and on the front of the gate in the inscription of a large eye with a ripple-shaped pattern placed right in the middle of it. It remains closed, and when closed, can be used as a means of defense. When opened, it releases a powerful light that can paralyze anyone who is within reflecting distance.
Fujin being released
Fūjin (風神, God of Wind): To use Taka forms a single hand seal which resembles him praying, then by focusing his reishi into his hands the technique takes form as a sphere of pure energy in the palm of his hand, this ball can be thrown or molded around his hands to strike his opponents at close range. The Fujin technique also carries the effect that if it makes contact the victim often feels an escalating burning sensation akin to a poison racing through their bodies.
Raijin being released
Raijin (雷神, God of Thunder): This technique is one of his most powerful in shikai and unbeatable in bankai. To use he channels the reishi out of the air and forms it into a powerful lightning bolt, to this effect when used the air is often void of spirit particles and when fired it scars the landscape due to its power and force.
Taka using Yomi
Yomi (黄泉, Underworld): This technique creates dark dragons out of Reishi to attack, defend or ensnare his opponents movements, this technique was used against Sengetsu after the latter used Juu Chidori's ultimate attack against him and it was strong enough to deflect the attack but just barely.
Bankai: Ten-jiku Kurogitsune (天軸 クロギツネ, Celestial Axis of the Black Fox) is the name of his bankai and fuses his twin Dao blades into a single Jian (Chinese straight sword) with a white blade and no visible crossguard, The blade is approximately 70 centimeters long and 4 centimeters wide, with he the grip measuring about 20 centimeters long. The blade itself can endure even the strongest of attacks, making it quite effective in blocking and deflecting incoming attacks; it can even withstand getting crushed by force. In addition to his sword, He gains giant reishi angel-like wings on his back, his hair becomes longer and wilder. His Shinigami attire becomes more form fitting and closed at the top, becoming more like a robe towards the bottom. In this form, he can use his wings for flight.
Hyper-Speed Combat: Due to his bankai's compression of his immense powers it increases his speed to near mach one proportions and increases the power of his shunpo to mach two speeds as he creates solid near infinite afterimages when he moves around and when he fights people they are often overwhelmed by these afterimages and cant adequately fight back.
Enhanced Bankai Duration: Furthermore, the fact that all of his energy is "compressed" means that usage of his Bankai doesn't expel as much spiritual power as other Bankai from the point of activation; thus allowing him to use Ten-jiku Kurogitsune at a much longer duration than any other Bankai users of his level.
Enhanced Strength: Taka's Bankai also allows him to further enhance his natural great strength as shown from how effortlessly he blocked a punch from Shinjitsuseiga, a zanpakutou spirit known primarily for his immense strength. He is strong enough to cut through the Hierro of Harusame with relative ease. The sudden boost in strength upon releasing allows Taka to break free from any attack that binds him and prevents him from moving.
Flight: Due to the wings he gains in this form he can fly for long distances and cause them to vanish when not needed since they are made of pure reishi.
Bankai Special Ability: Ten-jiku Kurogitsune's power is an amplified form of his shikai powers and it pushes them to exponential levels as he gains an increase in speed and strength.
All techniques in his bankai are just upgraded forms of his shikai skills and increase the potential of those skills, Susanoo is the only one that's function changes in bankai.
Susanoo (須佐能乎, God of Sea and Storms): Taka is shown while using this in bankai to summon forth two beings from inside the gate; an elder man with silver hair that connects with his beard. The second being is a small child, with short white hair. The child's powers involve forming powerful reishi-repelling barriers of which all reishi based techniques and even base techniques such as Kido are rendered useless, but this barrier can only be active continuously for five minutes, and then there is a 10 to 15 minute recharge time period where it cant be used. The most interesting thing about these barriers is that they do not depend on pushing back reishi, but actually breaking it down into physical and spiritual energy particles and forcing it to go "around" the barrier, back into the atmosphere. The child is hence-forth given the nickname, "Ultimate Defense." Strangely enough, the young boy seems to don two oddly colored eyes one scarlet and the other navy blue; reason being unknown. The elder man can extend the range of his body's limbs to any distance, and surround his hands and feet with a strange white light; not unlike the light originally seen inside the summoned gate. Even without the coated light, the old man's brute force was shown great enough to easily pierce through a powerful bakudo spells with bare minimum effort.
The Final Kami
Kotoamatsukami (別天神, literally means "distinguishing heavenly kami"): This is the technique akin to the "Final Getsuga" and other very powerful techniques granted by ones bankai but have a terrible price. This technique was called the "Final Kami" because after its use Taka loses his shinigami powers for good. To use he gathers all of the reishi from the air by holding his bankai skywards then after its fully charges a ring of strange runes appear around the blade in a spiral formation once it reaches the tip of his sword, his body is enveloped with the same runes as he is shrouded a celestial light which Ten-jiku Kurogitsune called becoming the "Kami" with this new power he swings down his sword with a great force to which the ground quakes afterward. The released energy mixed with the runes speeds towards his opponent and if it hits the effects could be deadly.
In addition to gaining hollow powers he also gained a new bankai ability as his previous one sealed itself away.

Sumeramikoto (治天下大王, "the great king who rules all under heaven"): This technique was awakened when he regained his powers, while its appearance sealed the Kotoamatsukami technique from usage by Taka this technique is just as powerful and was called the otherside of the coin or in laymans terms the opposite of the Final Kami. This technique causes his body to exert itself at peak performance, meaning after its use he will be unable to move his body under his own power. To use he points his blade skywards and draws in a large amount of reishi, which he then sends back through his blade in an infinite loop creating a feedback that strengthens his power to a level comparable to the Captain-Commander of the Gotei 13, once the loop reaches max potential he unleashes a large, violent, and powerful purple/black tornado that annihilates everything caught in its path. Ten-jiku Kurogitsune described this as being the attack of a Fox from Hell or the Initial Kami.
After losing his shinigami powers by using his Kotoamatsukami attack on Sengetsu during their final bout, Taka was left with two options, either live as a human or attempt to reclaim his powers against the odds, to which Makōtō Kawahiru said he could help him by forcing him to gain a power greater than his previous by way of the Shattered Shaft training. It was after this that he was able to gain hollow powers and reclaim his shinigami ones that were thought to be lost.
Below are the abilities he gained from his hollowfication training
Hollow Mask: His mask takes the form of a Noh mask and is solid white having only two eye holes and no markings on it. While Taka only gained this when he was trying to reclaim his lost shinigami powers he actually detest using them, but knows that there is a time for everything. He summons by snapping his fingers and it forms rather instantaneously.
Sonido: Due to his training with Makoto, hes mastered the use of the hollow technique Sonido with his being far faster than his flash steps.
Cero: Taka's cero is pale blue in color and not all that powerful as he doesnt use it much, but he has been shown to condense it and use it like a beam saber.
Hierro: While using his mask he can harden his reishi into a barrier around his skin, like an exoskeleton. It can withstand even the strongest attacks but it lowers his speed to use.

Trivia[]
Taka is going to be my main character used in any site-wide stories as my other main character Kishu Kiyoihi resides outside of the bleach universe and is strictly a Kan'na universe character. In terms of abilities, personality and background hes a mix of Kishu, Shirokaze Kawatsuki, and Shiroyume Rikōhi.
Like many of my characters, Ikari has lost his powers using his final technique and then regained them back, however he is the only one to regain them in a manner similar to Ichigo Kurosaki as he achieved regaining his powers by becoming a Vizard
Also unlike my other characters Ikari has gone through the most race changes, being tied with my original character Yue Shikyo with being a Human -> Human + Shinigami Hybrid -> Vizard -> Shinigami; whereas Yue when from, Human -> Shinigami -> Vizard -> Xiāochú.
