The Hayate Clan (疾風族 hayate zoku; Jap Lit Translation, "The Hurricane Family,") also known as the Noble House of Hayate, is one of the Five Great Noble Houses of the Seireitei within the Soul Society. They are most renowned in making a steadfast tribute to the Gotei 13 as well as personal sacrifices during the Ultharon War and the Mourning War. The current Clan Head is Kukkyōna Hayate, with its next line being his son, Daisuke Hayate.
