Genji Saito is the current Captain of the Eleventh Division, and the supposed rival of Captain Sutora. He first appears in Chapter 7 of Bleach: Kaiten (回転, Revolutions).
Appearance[]
Genji is a lean Shinigami with pale skin. His hair is a silvery white, blending into brown/red near the edges. His eyes are a deep scarlet, his right specifically having stitches running vertically across it. Though he can still open and utilize it just as well as his left.
Captain Saito doesn't wear a collared Shihakushō (死覇装, Garment of Dead Souls) and black face mask. He wears however, a ragged and ripped Captain's haori with the hems torn. He wears metal shoulder pads, and both of his hands are wrapped light brown bandages.
Personality[]
Saito is depicted as a sadistic and menacing Shinigami. He seems to take pleasure in other's misery, and will not hesitant to do anything he wishes. Even if it means coming at someone's expense.
His sharp tongue causes him to lash out at the others, and say anything that comes to mind. This is depicted during a Captain's meeting, when Saito decides to accuse Captain Sutora.
The Eleventh Division's Captain and Second Division's Captain do not seem to have a healthy relationship. Though Kaytou is able to restrain himself, Genji almost always harasses the anthromorphic Shinigami. He has several names for the Stealth Force's leader, some vulgar and some just insulting.

In battle, Saito completely lets go and becomes a ruthless killing machine. He enjoys drawing the pain out of others, and watching them suffer. He takes his title of 'Kenpachi' a bit to seriously.
