Raikiga Shiba (健太 雷企鵝, Shiba Raikiga) is a member of the Shiba Clan. Following the schemes of the Tsunayashiro Clan during the Sainen Period, Raikiga has diligently worked his way through the ranks of the Gotei 13 in order to reaffirm the Shiba clan's loyalty and strength for the Soul Society. In saying this, there are those who oppose his efforts, causing him to be both ostracized within his own clan, and within the Gotei 13 itself.
He currently holds the 3rd Seat of the Tenth Division.
