Fōjue

Fōjue (否決, Fǒujué; Chinese for "veto" or "overrule") is an ability that Mao Dun possesses. Its nature is a complete mystery, but it seems to allow the wielder to bend reality to an extent. By issuing commands, Mao Dun can change the course of events transpiring around him, but its scarce usage renders its limits and abilities near unknown.
