Celica Shihōin is the former Captain of Second Division of the Gotei 13's first generation, as well as being a first generation Shihōin Clan member, she disappeared from public view, though in actuality she became a member of the Bringer of the Kai, rising through the ranks until she became a member of the High Council. At one point in her life she was the love interest of Hyperion Amakuni.

Personality

Although behaves in in a dignified manner, she is often tends to be quite mischeivous, especially amongst her male comrades. She isn't one to take things seriously, unless it peaks her interest. Despite this she can be charsmatic when she wants to be.

Inhumane Strength: Through a combination of rigorous training under Okotta Seifuku and her Juhei heritage, Celica has massive amounts of raw physical prowess that allows her to effortlessly allows her lift massive structures with minimum effort.

Mugen Shingan: A Shingan variation obtained as a spoils from war after battling their original owner, who went rouge. Rather than implant them within her eyes, she implanted them within the palms of her hands. The special ability of her Mugen Shingan is the replication of elemental-based powers, such as the flames of Ryūjin Jakka(in this case, the flames from the replicated source in question can only produce half of the originals' destructive potential) or Hyōrinmaru's control over water and ice. Depending on the source in question, use of her Mugen Shingan can either drain minimal amounts of spiritual pressure, or enormous amounts of spiritual pressure( the source of elemental manipulation isn't exclusive to Zanpakuto powers). Her control is so fine-tuned that she can manipulate two elements at once, though use of Mugen Shingan in this manner can cost a considerable amount of her spiritual pressure to maintain. Due to her method of obtaining this eye ability, she cannot access either Shingan's base powers or utilize the advanced Sekki-Gan ability.
