Bringer Edge
Bringeredge
Technique Type Energy-Based attack
User Various Fullbringers, Kūgo Ginjō

Bringer Edge is a specialised Fullbring technique, fully accessible to all Fullbringers, though it's effectiveness will vary with the user's degree of skill and control. It uses the Bringer Light which Fullbringers are capable of creating and concentrates it into a blade to conduct attacks with.

Description[]

The user generates swathes of Bringer Light from either their weapon or their hands, though when used through a weapon the attack is more powerful, albeit less focused and more inherently destructive. The next stage depends on the method by which the Light was created. If used via a weapon, the Light is already focused into a blade, whereas the Light needs to be crudely shaped and focused in order to achieve the desired effect, otherwise the light will have no effect. In terms of application, this technique is incredibly versatile. Whereas Shinigami and other races require an entire system, such as Kidō to achieve the desired effect, the Fullbringers and other Hollow races, have no such luxury. Bringer Edge is a technique which can neatly take the place of many Kidō spells. With sufficient levels of skill and imagination, this technique can take the form and shape of a barrier, a destructive blast, a concentrated blade and much more. Most commonly though, this ability manifests itself of it's own accord, taking the form of a destructive bolt of green lightning. Whereas the spell-casting system of the Shinigami requires years of unwavering focus to master, even then being heavily reliant upon their surroundings in order to invoke the fragmented consciousness' around them to cast a single spell, Fullbringers' power is Hollow reiryoku. For them, such a technique is instinctive. They can feel the ability, and as such mastery and use is far easier for them, beings of instinct, than for Shinigami.
