This article, Beylang, is property of LordGalvatron.
"Fear is necessary for evolution. The fear that one could be destroyed at any moment. Thank you, Gin. Thanks to your efforts, I have finally risen to an existence that surpasses both Shinigami and Hollow."
This article, Beylang, is currently under active construction by the author(s) of whom this article's property falls under.
Beylang is a very tall and morbidly obese man ostensibly in his mid 30s. Like many Togabito with advanced powers his appearance is significantly altered from that of an ordinary Soul. The proportions of his body are distorted so apart from having a rather spherical torso, the rest of his weight is distributed unevenly between the limbs. As a result he walks significantly slanted to the right. The rough skin the colour of asparagus is sagging and covered with a number of blisters and pustules. His bulbous head is not located exactly in-between the shoulders. His eyes are yellow, with the left one being significantly larger and somewhat bulging. In addition, he lacks a nose, and the orifices are left exposed.
Beylang does wear a set of white robes, although they are always stained with the putrid liquids that his body secretes passively.
Personality[]
At first glance Beylang seems to be a cheerful and quite friendly individual. Even though malevolent, he is somewhat amiable in his disposition. Nevertheless, after a period of interaction, particularly during combat, his attitude purposefully shifts to a malicious and irritating one. After a time it becomes apparent that his demeanour is a mere ruse that serves to conceal his evil intentions under the guise of amiability. Moreover, he enjoys converting Souls into his unwilling undead minions and seems to be quite possessive of them.

Powers and Abilities[]
Natural Abilities
Expert Swordsman: Whilst not a particularly skilled combatant in general, Beylang does possess a degree of proficiency in melee combat. He wields the Blight Knife with dexterity befitting a Lieutenant-class, and that is after taking his inherent clumsiness and disproportionate body into account. There is little in terms of subtlety or complexity in his fighting style. However, his speed and precision are sufficient to put up a fight against fairly strong enemies.
Enhanced Strength: In addition, Beylang boasts considerable stout strength. The extent of this strength is somewhat deceptive due to the way his short, chubby arms appear. Regardless, it is a valuable asset that forms an integral part of his lacking offensive capability.
Immense Durability: A result of his Tōtoi Gisei, he possesses an unbelievably tough body that is extremely difficult to wound. This extraordinary durability extends to body parts that would normally be vulnerable no matter how sturdy is the rest, like the eyes for instance. Furthermore, techniques designed to pierce or otherwise overcome super toughness are also largely ineffective.
Keen Intellect: Beylang exhibits rudimentary tactical acumen that allows him to command his army of undead quite successfully. He is also skilled at provocation, deliberately frustrating his opponents to cloud their judgement.
Immense Spiritual Power: The amount of spiritual energy at his disposal is enormous. Similarly to other Misute, its emanations seem to be "carved out" from the immediate area and are highly focussed. Beylang employs this power to mind control and coordinate numerous victims of his spores simultaneously. When exerted, his spiritual pressure manifests as an aura of artichoke hue.
Tōtoi Gisei
Blight Knife (粛殺出刃, Shukusatsu Deba): Part of Beylang's special ability manifests in the form of a large combat knife in a state of advanced corrosion. Despite its deteriorated appearance the weapon is sturdy and completely functional, albeit unable to cut cleanly. Nevertheless, the Blight Knife is a carrier for potent toxins that constantly drip from its serrated edge. Each wound dealt by the knife becomes more and more dangerous over time due to their properties. Not only is the injury difficult to heal, the toxins proceed to poison the wounded individual. Strong spiritual beings might prove resistant to a degree, yet unattended injuries will prove highly dangerous even to Captain-class combatants. Surprisingly, the toxins do not kill the affected no matter their strength. Rather, given enough time they stun the victim and paralyse their body, triggering a sort of vegetative state to incapacitate the individual.
Undeath (非死, Hishi): The power he has obtained through the sacrifice of his existence is, rather ironically, based on the notion of mock immortality. Although he lacks the ability to employ his vast power for the purposes of offence in any meaningful manner, Beylang is virtually impossible to kill. Sustained assault, pinpoint attacks, techniques designed to pierce or outright ignore the toughest of defensive measures are nigh useless. The warped concept of immortality protects him from the vast majority of properties that would normally prove effective. Furthermore, the Tōtoi Gisei extends to other aspects of undeath as well. The most notable one is Beylang's ability to produce toxic spores from his body. Those spores can be utilised to infect and take control of spiritual beings. Depending on the target's power and resolve their effects can be diminished. However, with sufficient time the spores grow into the body and mutate the flesh to become one with the infested individual. As such, through this ability Beylang might create an army of undead to fight for him.
