Baishū (買収, Baishū) is a judge of the Central 46 and is secretly allied with Setsuna Kōmei.
Appearance[]
Baishū is by far the largest of the six Central 46 Judges. He has green eyes, which he usually keeps closed, short black hair, and also has a black mustache and goatee. He wears a fan-like judge's hat on his head, and wears the traditional haori of a Central 46 judge.
Personality[]
Baishū seems to be calm and calculating. He is quick to deduce the true meaning of the Central 46 meeting pertaining to the kidnapped Jinki Fragment.[1]
History[]
Baishū judged the Central 46 meeting that discussed the disappearance of a Jinki Fragment. He concurred with the decisions that another Fragment, Raian Getsueikirite, could not be left in the Human World and resolved to imprison him and kill his teammates, Yūbi and Yūga.[1]

Kidō Expert: Baishū has shown that he can use Kidō up to #63 without incantation, and still retain most of its power.
