Arthur Pendragon VII or known by his friends as Arte was a powerful Wizard affiliated with Wing Bind. He was a member of House Pendragon as the notable eldest son of Marilyn Pendragon, and older brother of Aurora Pendragon. He was one of the liaisons of the Cultural Exchange Initiative in 2013. He was killed by the dark dragon Mad Hatter in 2016 at the age of 20, leaving a lasting effect on his little sister for years following. He was known as the Wizard of Light for his skills as a member of the Pipers (having mastered at least three forms of Magic) and his creation of the spell Teufelsjäger. Prior to his death he was the Ancestral Contract holder of the Saga Uther which he passed onto Aurora.
