Arashi Shigure is a Shinigami and a member of Seke Miyamoto's L'Obscurite organization. Before defecting from the Soul Society, she was the 5th Seat of the 2nd Divison, during the days in between Yoruichi Shihoin and SoiFon when the divison was vacant of a Captain, as a member of the Onmitsukido as an assassin. She is the younger sister of Araome Shigure, and the elder sister of Sasashi Shigure, who also joined L'Obscurite with her.
