Alana Merle (アラナ マール Arana Maaru): is the captain of the 4th Division in the Gotei 13. She is the Soul Society's greatest healer. Her lieutenant is Suzika Kamino.
Appearance[]
Alana has short black hair tied back with a purple butterfly ornament and parted fringes. She also has grey compound looking eyes similar to those in bugs. Alana is rather short in height compared to most captains.
She wears the standard Soul Reaper uniform with the captain uniform of grey haori with a butterfly wing pattern, which fades into a turquoise and pink color on the sleeves.
