Adiel Haschwalth (アデル・ハッシュヴァルト, Aderu Hasshuvaruto) is a former member of the Stern Ritter within the Quincy Tribe — bearing the designation of "B" and was the right-hand man of Yhwach. He was the father of Jugram Haschwalth and the former lover of Saori Sumeragi.

History[]
Not much is known about Adiel besides that he served as "Stern Ritter B" within the Quincy Tribe, as King Yhwach's right-hand man and the favorite to become the next King of the Quincy. He faced Seireitou Kawahiru, the Captain of the Eighth Division within the Gotei 13 at that time, eventually falling to his death at the end of a climatic battle.

Reishi Absorption: As a Quincy, Adiel was capable of absorbing reishi from the atmosphere and managed to combine it with his own reiryoku to form weapons and use different techniques.
