Aīn (合印, Aīn) is a young woman who acquired Shinigami and subsequently Hollow abilities through a process unknown. She is the sister of Yua and is currently employed at the Urahara Shop, acting as a courier.

Zanpakutō

The name of Aīn's zanpakutō is currently unknown. It is currently in the possession of Yua, who claimed it as her own as part of a "debt" Aīn owes her. Its sealed form is a regular katana with a flower-shaped tsuba and a golden diamond pattern running across its purple hilt. It's quite clear that Aīn isn't fond of her sister keeping her zanpakutō for her, but hasn't show any intention of getting it back as long as her "debt" stands.

Hollowfication

Unlike most other Hollow presences seen within the series, Aīn and her Hollow spirit do not share a violent relationship. Their interactions occur in a "questioner-responder" sense, with the both of them occupying each role alternatively. Rather than fighting over the control of Aīn, the Hollow within her seeks to attain knowledge, and determines Aīn's control over him based off what questions she asks and answers she gives. For that reason, rather than being labeled a Hollow, the presence is normally referred to as The Ghost within Aīn's conscience (合印の内面の幻妖, Aīn no naimen no gen'yō; Literally "the being within Aīn's conscience of which the true identity is unknown").

Hollow Mask: Whenever Aīn relies on her hollowfied powers, they seem to manifest a bit different when compared to the regular mask. In addition to the white, featureless mask her Ghost wears, she also dons his outfit, being a white kimono outlined in gold. Additionally, her hair shortens to fit the Ghost's appearance, causing her to resemble him almost perfectly. Since their relationship is not repressive, Aīn's hollow is still apparent when she assumes this form, acting as a second voice within her mind.

Power Augmentation: While wearing the mask, Aīn's Hollow powers supplement her Shinigami powers, giving her a vast increase in both strength and speed.
