<p>I'm still trying to figure out exactly what when down when Wiki did their latest CSS/appearance update. </p><p>The rounded corners on the custom infoboxes have been done away with. I put up a code section on the CSS that allows for automatic moz border code though, so if you'd like to add the rounded-ness to your infobox once more (an effect which can be seen on my template, Template:Organization Infobox (SCB)) then all that needs to be done is replace where the infobox says "code/radius/7px" or something with the code below: </p><p>border-radius: 10px; -moz-border-radius: 10px; -webkit-border-radius: 10px; -khtml-border-radius: 10px; -icab-border-radius: 10px; -o-border-radius: 10px; </p>

<p>Okay, first off, I have no idea how to code anything with javascript, so take what I am saying here with a bit of caution but anyway. </p><p>You know the Template:Switch that we use for "Manga" and "Anime" picture versions? Well it hasn't been working. Well I tried fixing the template, and that didn't work, so I went back over the java code and made some minor changes to the switch and toggle code sections, and it now works in test mode. (Admins should know how to get to the MediaWiki page to enable "test mode" on the javascript to see how it works). To apply for the whole wiki though, it needed to be submitted for approval, which I did, so maybe in a few weeks that feature will once again be enabled for the entire wiki. </p><p>THAT SAID, please be on the look out for any changes to wiki functions (mainly involving templates and links) that may be affected, just in case I changed something I was not supposed to. </p><p>(That also said, that damn template was getting on my nerves, so hopefully this fixes the problem). </p>

<p>Alright, as promised, I'm opening up this summit discussion for this month. It is my hopes to make this summit thing a... let's say, biannual thing? But that's for the future to determine, let's focus on the now.  </p><p>First off, I want to congratulate all of you guys. Even when I've been absent, or others have been absent, you guys have all still managed to hold the fort down excellently and you have definitely proven yourselves to be among a very few elite administrators. As I'm sure you know, many sites typically fall behind when one or two admins are absent because, in truth, that site only functions when that admin is around and the other admins are typically those who can only work when given orders. Like a certain site... which shall remain nameless, but we all know who I'm talking about... Ahem. Anyways. This site isn't like that. Each admin here is capable of taking charge and stepping up to plate, which is one of the many reasons why we've managed to endure this long. So definitely, you should all pat yourselves on the back for that. </p><p>Now then. This summit is a meeting between admins to discuss site matters, such as policies. I have some stuff for the agenda to discuss, but our meeting will not be limited to that. I want everybody to feel free to voice their opinions on the topics I've brought up, as well as I want you guys to bring up any topics you believe we should all discuss. So, in other words, I have some topics I want to discuss. And in addition, any topics you guys feel we should discuss that I did not list below, please mention them as well so we can get to them. Keep in mind, these should be topics related specifically to the site, FC matters will be discussed sometime next week on a different forum. So these are the topics I believe we should start with: </p>

• The RPCQE, Part 1: The first thing I really want to ask everybody is, should we keep it? Personally, I think it does some good, but ultimately, if the wiki decides we should scrap it, I want that to be discussed. Do you believe we should get rid of it, change it in some way, or keep enforcing it as it is now?

• The RPCQE, Part 2: Assuming that we do keep it, whether that means we change it in some way or we keep it as is, my second issue I want us to discuss is that I believe we need to find a more streamlined manner of getting to the applications. I feel like it becomes a mess, trying to catch up with those and getting to apps months late, it's really disorganized that way. So does anybody have any ideas for how to go about that? Off the top of my head, I think we can either formulate a more simpler means of grading, or perhaps we move the RPCQE submissions to a thread system so that admins will see the notification and therefore not miss that there are pending submissions. 

• The monthly featured article is... relatively nonexistent. With it being May 6th, I think we should get on that right away. I think I have a better system in mind than the voting system. Having votes is not the best method for a site that's medium to small like ours. Instead, I suggest what we do is, the right to choose a featured article should be delegated to a specific user each month. That user will be restricted to the following rules: they cannot choose one of their own articles, they cannot choose an article that has been featured before (trust me, we got a whole lot of quality articles to last us years), and they have to have passed the RPCQE. Now, for how we go about choosing those specific users? I have a system for that as well. Let's say that I will choose for May '16. After making my choice, I will nominate somebody else. That somebody I nominate will be the one to choose for the following month of June. And it will just go like that. Now, the rule of thumb will be, you cannot nominate somebody that has already chosen a featured article for that calendar year. Which means, after choosing the one for May, nobody can nominate me for the featured article until 2017. Seems simple enough. We'll make sure to keep a page that lists featured articles and the user who selected it of that month, so nobody gets confused.

<p>Anyways, that's the topics I believe we should start with. As I said, beyond these, any other topics you guys feel we should discuss, please address them and we'll discuss those as well.  </p>

<p>(Well then, seems like that title is formal and stiff enough for everyone to get an idea of what this thread is about.) </p><p>It has come to my attention that, over the course of the last few months here (in fact since summer), that the current admin staff has been relatively inactive on the wiki. As an admin myself I am partly to blame for not doing all that I maybe should have been trying to do, but the fact of the matter is this: on a good week we only have about two admins actually adminning around here, out of a staff of five. With that in mind, I propose we rotate new admins into the roster. I have two users in mind for the positions. But before that I want to say two things. The first is that we should remove Wolfthorn as an admin. He has not really been active on this wiki for at least a year, if I remember correctly, and I cannot recall the last time I saw him even edit here. The second thing I wanted to point out is that it isn’t really necessary to keep the staff at a maximum of five. While we don’t want to have a HUGE adminship here, considering the low numbers of our user base in general, it would not hurt to have an extra helping hand or so. That said, if we opened the positions to six I think we would be doing ourselves a favor as opposed to a harm. Without further ado, I’ll move on to the nominations. Keep in mind that the nominees can choose to decline for any reason and without explanation, and also that if you think someone else is worthy as a candidate you are free to nominate them as well. </p>

• User:Njalm2: N is an experienced wiki user and has probably been RPing for longer than some of the newer members have been alive (just kidding, heh heh). His guides are insightful and extremely helpful, and he is dedicated to conceptual quality and stresses originality in articles. I personally highly value his opinion, and believe that he would bring a mellow and mature point of view to the admin staff. I move to nominate Njalm2 as a wiki admin.

• User:Somnium Fluxus: Sommy is an easy-going guy who is generally quite friendly and helpful towards other users. His articles are well-written and extremely unique, and he writes to write as opposed to stroke his own ego. I have never seen him take an offense personally, and while he might not be as experienced as N, I think he would still make an excellent candidate for admin if his interest in the wiki holds. I move to nominate Somnium Fluxus as a wiki admin.

<p>On a final note (as Njalm wisely suggested), I am going to ask a couple of questions for those who wish to become admin: </p> <dl><dd>1. What improvements do you think could be made on the wiki if you were to become admin? </dd></dl>

<p>So undoubtedly most of you have seen the changes that happened to the Wikia skin as per Wikia's insane and idiotic changes with the layout. Now, for me, I use Monobook so I don't experience any issues (at least until Wikia decides to piss me off further by removing the Monobook option) but I'd guess that most of you use the Wikia skin. Now, thankfully, my friend Aha gave me some instructions as to how you might be able to change </p><p>As Aha told me, it's apparently against Wiki regulations to do it for an entire wiki so you have to do it for yourself. <p>Bleach Fan Fiction will be going through some more design changes in the coming days. After seeing some of our new layouts, our sister wiki changed to look like us, so now we have three <i>Bleach</i> Wiki carbon clones. I've decided that, rather than giving our site a "Shinigami" theme, in honor of the final arc of <i>Bleach</i>, we will be changing this wiki's theme to "Quincy". That means the usual black that this site has, will be changed in favor of "white". </p><p>Our administration will remain modeled after the Gotei 13, but, this way, our site will stand out some more. If any of you have suggestions, those will be very much welcome. Please bear with us as these layout changes continue to be tweaked with, and as always, thank you all for your hard work. </p>
