I don't see why not. Just that a Gotei 13 member would likely not be using one, or would have to keep it a well-protected secret
The character is a half-demon using it, so while affiliated with the Gotei (as they are a Protagonist) He wouldn't tell them what the weapon was.
If I join, ill be creating a new character, probably from the living world side of things. (I've grown apart from the Shinigami side ironically.) Probably a reboot of Tobias Heartland if anything.
Even though I passed my character to Dues, I support Eclipse of Two Worlds.

Try a 20 page, minimum Literature paper.
