You can create the talk page for the article by adding "Talk:" before the article's name and making the suggestion there.

Most of the articles on this site are all fan OCs. If it's a minor edit, such as grammar correction, it's ok to edit the articles. Otherwise, we ask that you not edit other people's articles without permission. Instead, contact the creator of the article on their message wall.
