Rukia's still the Captain of the 13th Division... or is she? Maybe she'll get promoted Lieutenant -> Captain-Commander when the inevitable happens? So that Seia could be the 13th's Captain now.

As far as I'm aware, and nothing indicated otherwise, Seia is the Captain of the 13th as of the skip to modern day. So... I'll be posting in line with that fact.

It wasn't Void who convinced Sei, it was me. Shunsui is still the Captain-Commander, he would've been anyway since we decided that we'd kill him off on-screen if we had to do it.

I'd rather let Shunsui live and stay the Captain-Commander if that's possible. So, for the time being, the best solution will be to let Lisa stay in the Human World, whilst Rukia and Renji adopt the (so far neglected) 8th Division.

I'd be fine with keeping Kyoraku alive. Rukia can be the 8th Division Captain, as Saris suggested, though would that be alright, me heading two Divisions like that?

You aren't the only one with two divisions, so it should be perfectly fine.
