Sounds good, we could introduce both the new Captains and Lts before we move on to Fullbringers. I'd like Asuka Shimizu to be a part of the Lt unit, Teruo Akui is far too strong so I'll have him wait for the Captain-class arcs :D

I think Hisagi is similar to Teruo in that he might be a little overkill at this stage, so I may write it so that he's on standby as reinforcement should the situation head south in a hurry. He already had a sizeable contribution to the prologue, after all.
So I'll probably just focus on Garrett for the initial parts of the arc and play it by ear from there.

Rukia's still the Captain of the 13th Division... or is she? Maybe she'll get promoted Lieutenant -> Captain-Commander when the inevitable happens? So that Seia could be the 13th's Captain now.
