It wasn't Void who convinced Sei, it was me. Shunsui is still the Captain-Commander, he would've been anyway since we decided that we'd kill him off on-screen if we had to do it.

I'd rather let Shunsui live and stay the Captain-Commander if that's possible. So, for the time being, the best solution will be to let Lisa stay in the Human World, whilst Rukia and Renji adopt the (so far neglected) 8th Division.

I'd be fine with keeping Kyoraku alive. Rukia can be the 8th Division Captain, as Saris suggested, though would that be alright, me heading two Divisions like that?

You aren't the only one with two divisions, so it should be perfectly fine.

I see no harm in you heading both Divisions. No one else has shown much interest in the post that I'm aware of, so I say go for it.

Speaking of lieutenants: Just a friendly reminder that they can be in the captain council meeting as well in A New Chapter, it's not just the captains (apparently).

Apparently Kazuki and Takayoshi Oda are Co-Lieutenants. That way Sho will retain his old post if he returns to this wiki.
