I think it's better to come up with your own characters. No necromancy and canon-bending required.

The way I've always taken filler is that, if it doesn't contradict the main story, it could very well be called canon, or it would simply be an idea that could exist in Bleach but doesn't already. Like the Blanks, the idea of two Shinigami owning the same Zanpakuto (which I have a theory on how that's possible), or the movie's version of Hell.
As long as your version of Amagai or Senna acknowledges that the filler arc didn't happen, I mean, it's not like disregarding filler does anything to the main story at large after all.

Can I use the concept of Bakotto? or a demon equivalent of a Zanpakutou?

I don't see why not. Just that a Gotei 13 member would likely not be using one, or would have to keep it a well-protected secret

The character is a half-demon using it, so while affiliated with the Gotei (as they are a Protagonist) He wouldn't tell them what the weapon was.

Okay. I have a proposal for the main cast: Let's seal Ichigo away in the Dangai.
This could be an event of the prologue, and part of the Coven uprising that happened before the start of the FC. Maybe his Reiatsu was turned against him as a loop and he was sealed away or something using the same Kidou tech. Urahara pulled against Aizen or something, but the details aren't that important. What is important is
- 1. It gets rid of Ichigo for FC involvement
- 2. It could be related/linked to his ties with the Soul King and the "original sin" of the Soul Society
- 3. It would make the other main cast much more hesitant to involve themselves with the Gotei, thus keeping them from being involved.
- 4. It sounds cool. By which I mean poetically tragic.
What do you all think?
