• Kanaya Hizakura --- Coven antagonist, will be revamped and depowered.

For reference, here's a table with the canon Gotei 13 cast right after the Quincy Blood War, and their potential fanon replacements. Think of the possible positions for your characters and take into account the canon characters you want to keep or replace. That will determine casualties of the prologue chapter.

In that case I wouldn’t mind taking 13th.

I'd like to keep Hisaka, Glacies, and Garland in their respective positions during the prior FC (Fourth Division Captain, Thirteenth Division Lieutenant, and Twelfth Division Lieutenant respectively). In the case of Glacies and Garland, their positions might change depending on what Z plans to do with Seia and Jaromira, since I can't imagine their being paired with anyone else.

Totally want to keep the 13th. I only avoided saying it outright, because I believe some folks want Rukia around and I think she's Captain by the end of canon?

I am of the opinion of just killing off the visored captains in general. If mizuko is used she could take over the fifth.
